What To Expect

    Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve
  • Maasai Mara National Reserve

    Pick up from your hotel and be transferred to Drone Africa Safari's office to meet the group members and depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve. You will travel via the view-point of the Great Rift Valley and Narok town for lunch and refueling. After lunch, leave Narok and drive to the reserve. Arriving at the camp, check in and relax for a few minutes. Proceed for an afternoon game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver/guide. Dinner and overnight at the camp. Main destination: Masai Mara National Reserve Accommodation: Miti Mingi Eco Camp Included meals and drinks: Lunch and dinner with drinking water

    • Day 2: Full day at Masai Mara National Reserve

    After breakfast, proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for games in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. Continue with game drive till 5 p.m. for a visit to the Maasai village which is optional. Longmont, Lake Naivasha, and Lake Elementaita from afar on the main highway. You will arrive in Nakuru town in the evening. Dinner and overnight are at a budget hotel. Enjoy a hot lunch and drive to Lake Naivasha, you have an option to take a boat ride in this freshwater lake to go and see hippos and fish eagles at extra cost.
