EXPLORIST SERVICES
When required, and after purchase; details about the purchase and meeting points are sent to you by email. The customer is responsible for arriving in advance of the experience. Late arrival may result in cancellation of the reservation without potential for refund.
Customers are required to review the checkout screen before submitting a credit card transaction to ensure all details are correct.
After payment you will receive confirmation of the meeting point and the suggested arrival time to the experience. . You can also contact the VENDOR directly if you have any questions.
1. Description of EXPLORIST service
When you decide to purchase goods and/ or services on EXPLORIST the resulting legal contract is between you and the VENDOR and such contract shall compromise of these Terms and Conditions, the email confirmation of your order and the applicable details on the product page and you agree to be bound by all such provisions.

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Customer Terms and the email confirmation of your order or the applicable details on the product page, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.
We cannot give any undertaking that goods and/or services you purchase from VENDORS through the Site will be of satisfactory quality, and this and any other such warranties (whether express or implied) are disclaimed by us absolutely to the fullest extent permitted by law. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the VENDOR. Where you order goods and/or services through the Site we may disclose your customer information related to that transaction to the relevant VENDOR.
EXPLORIST controls and monitors all VENDORS manually by approving their Application, approving all products & services initially uploaded to the SITE or changed in any way once on the site. and conducting Vendor audits when necessary.
EXPLORIST is not responsible in any way for listings provided by VENDORS and at no time do we possess any items offered for sale by VENDORS through the Site.
2. Refusal of transaction
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. Each of our VENDORS return policy is available for customer review and understanding and is located on their ABOUT US page specific to each Vendor.
Waiver and Late Arrivals
Your purchases on the Site display the experience you have chosen, the VENDOR who shall provide them and details about where and when the experience is to be held.. Some experiences require a Waiver to be completed prior to arrival. This form is available at the checkout and must be completed before experience begins. Please arrive earlier if you have not already completed the form
