VENDORS as used in the document refers to Suppliers of Events, Classes, Courses Vacations, Experiences and other services and may also include the sale of physical products.

EXPERIENCES as used throughout the document describes all forms of services available on the site including events, experiences, vacations, tickets, accommodations, rentals, services etc.

Refuse service by EXPLORIST

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. Each of our VENDORS return policy is available for customer review and understanding and is available on their ABOUT US page specific to each Vendor.

Relationship between Vendor, Explorist, Customer

When you decide to purchase goods and/ or services on EXPLORIST the resulting legal contract is between you and the VENDOR and such contract shall compromise of these Terms and Conditions, the email confirmation of your order and the applicable details on the product page and you agree to be bound by all such provisions.

We cannot give any undertaking that goods and/or experiences you purchase from VENDORS through the Site will be of satisfactory quality, and this and any other such warranties (whether express or implied) are disclaimed by us absolutely to the fullest extent permitted by law. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the VENDOR. Where you order services through the Site we will disclose your customer information related to that transaction to the relevant VENDOR.

EXPLORIST controls and monitors all VENDORS manually by approving their Application, approving all products & services initially uploaded to the SITE or changed in any way once on the site. and by conducting Vendor audits when necessary.

EXPLORIST is not responsible in any way for listings provided by VENDORS and at no time do we possess any items offered for sale by VENDORS through the Site
