What To Expect

    Day 1: Arrival to Hotel and Transfer to the Hotel
  • Our representative will greet you at the international airport and take you to the hotel where you will be staying overnight. Our representative will give briefing of the tour. You will be left at hotel in Thamel. You can visit the local restaurants and bars around Thamel which is actually quite dazzling and beautiful. Or You can walk for about 15 minutes and visit one of the oldest market of Nepal known by the name of Ason.

  • Day 2: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing and trekking preparation
  • Swaymbhunath

    During sightseeing visit Soyambhunath-The Monkey Temple, Pashupatinath-The crematory place, Boudhanath- Buddhist monastery and Kathmandu Durbar Square-ancient palace place. All of the four places are the gems of the City of the Temples.

  • Day 3: Flight to Lukla (45 minutes) and trek to Phakding (2,652m. /4-5 hours trekking/ 8km approx.)
  • Lukla

    With an early morning flight, you will fly to Lukla airport (one of the exciting airport in the world). In Lukla, you will be meeting your trekking team (Sherpas and Porters) then you will start your trek. The way to Phakding is easy, which combines the up hills and the down hills. The route follows the Dudh Koshi River side and crosses several small local settlements. The Mani walls, some waterfalls and the local villages plus the people are the attractions of the day. The teahouse in Phakding are well equipped with electricity, wifi and other facilities

  • Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazar (3,440m. /5-6 hours trekking/ 10km approx.).
  • Namche Bazaar

    After the hot breakfast, you will then resume your trekking. The way up to Namche Bazar is mostly uphill. This day is one of the longest day of the trek where you will again follow the Dudh Koshi River and cross the several hanging bridges. On the clear day, you will be offered with the first view of Mount Everest. Namche Bazar is the last trading center of the trek. Namche Bazar is a wonderful settlement and is the home of Sherpa people. Sherpa people are known as the mountaineers. The Namche Bazar looks amazing itself and the views of Twache Peak add the beauty on Namche Bazar. The teahouses here are also well equipped. The wifi, electricity, the hot shower and the bottled water is easily available in Namche Bazar

  • Day 5: Acclimatization day
  • Namche Bazaar

    Explore Sherpa Capital. It is always better to have an acclimatization day in Namche Bazar which allows your body to adapt the thin air. You can also explore the Sherpa capital in the day time.

  • Day 6: Trek to Dole (4200m/5-6 hrs trek/8km approx.)
  • The trail from Namche Bazar is gradual with ups and downs, you will continue your trekking Phortse Thanga. From there you will continue ascending towards Dole for the overnight.

  • Day 7: Trek to Machhermo (4470m/ 4-5 hrs trek/7 km approx.)
  • The trail from the Dole ascends and passes the villages of Kele then Luza. From Luza with a short trek, you will reach Machhermo.

  • Day 8: Trek to Gokyo (4800m/3-4 hrs trek/ 7km approx. )
  • Gokyo

    Climb up to the ridge which offers the excellent view of both Khangtega and Norther face of Cho-Oyu. Lonspunga Tso is the first lake you will see this day. Little further see Tanjung Tsho- the second lake you see for the day and then you will finally get to Gokyo where the third lake Gokyo Tsho is

  • Day 9: Rest day at Gokyo
  • Gokyo

    Explore the lakes around the Gokyo valley.Today you can also see the Ngazumpa Glacier, the biggest in the world. Enjoy exploring

  • Day 10: Hike to Gokyo RI (5,330m), and trek to Thagnak (4750m/ 6-7 hrs trek/ 12 km approx. )
  • Before breakfast, you will hike up to Gokyo Ri to collect the mesmerizing view of the sunrise in the Himalayas including Everest and Makalu. After collecting the stunning views, you will trek back to Gokyo for the breakfast. Then after you will trek to Thagnak for the overnight

  • Day 11: Trek to Cho-la Pass (5367m) to Dzongla (4,850m/5-6 hrs trek/ 8km approx. )
  • From Thangnak the trail ascends up to Cho-La through the slippery and the icy path. The cross is difficult and as you will be crossing the glacier it is suggested to stay on the left side. After the cross, the trail will descend down to Dzong La for the overnight.

  • Day 12: Trek to Gorakshep (5,160m/ 5-6 hrs trek/10 km approx. )
  • Gorak Shep

    Trek through the moraine glacier where the wonderful views of Mount Pumori accompany you. You will reach Gorakshep for the lunch. After the lunch, you can take good rest at Gorakshep. In the evening you will be hiking up to Kalapathar to collect the sunset view in the Himalayas. After sunset, you will trek back to Gorakshep

  • Day 13: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,357m) and Gorakshep (5-6rs trek/ 8km approx. )
  • A wonderful trekking day where we mostly trek through the glacier path. You can collect the awe-inspiring views of the snow-capped mountains in Everest Base Camp which includes Nuptse, Khumbuste, and Pumori. After spending a wonderful time, we then retrace back to Gorakshep for the overnight

  • Day 14: Kalapathar (5,550m) hike and stroll back to Dingboche (4,358m/ 7-8 hrs trek/12 km approx. )
  • Wake up early and hike up to Kalapathar, from there you can collect the stunning views of the mountains including Mount Everest. Then after we will retrace back to Gorakshep for the lunch. After lunch, we will trek all the way down to Dingboche for overnight.

  • Day 15: Trek to Tengboche (3,867m/4-5 hrs trek/7 km approx. )
  • Tengboche

    The trail to Tengboche is mostly downhill. On the way down you will be passing the villages of Somare, Pangboche, and Deboche before reaching Tengboche. Tengboche is one the best view point for the Himalayas including Mount Everest. You can also visit the Tengboche Monastery which is the biggest Buddhist Monastery in the Everest region. In the evening you can enjoy wonderful sunset view.

  • Day 16: Trek to Monjo (2680M/ 5-6 hrs trek/7 km approx.)
  • Monjo

    The trail you travel today is mostly a downhill. You will pass several small and big settlements including Namche Bazar on the way to Monju

  • Day 17: Trek to Lukla (2,800m/ 6-7 hrs trek/10 km approx. )
  • Lukla

    The final day of the trek. You will be trekking back to Lukla this day. In the evening you can enjoy the farewell dinner with the Sherpas.

  • Day 18: Fly back to Kathmandu (1,334m/45 minutes flight)
  • Kathmandu

    You will take an early morning flight to Kathmandu. In Kathmandu, you will have enough time for the last minute shopping
