  • Day 6: Kathmandu (1300m) - Kyirong (Kerung) Border (4350m) - Scenic Drive & Tibetan Border Crossing
  • After breakfast at your hotel, before setting off on a scenic drive towards the Tibetan border. As you leave Kathmandu behind, witness the beauty of the Nepalese countryside unfold before you. Lush green valleys and charming villages paint a picture of rural life. Upon reaching the Kyirong (Kerung) border, complete the necessary immigration formalities on both the Nepali and Chinese sides. This process may take some time, so be patient. After crossing the bridge, continue your journey towards Kyirong town, a small Tibetan border settlement nestled at an altitude of 4350 meters. Check into your hotel (Kerung Hotel) and settle in for the night.
