A safari to Meru National Park is ideal for travelers searching for something off the beaten track. The park is one of the lesser visited yet most scenic park in Kenya with Mt. Kenya visible in the far distance. It is also known for its elephant herds and the rare Gerenuk antelope. The park is truly a bird watchers paradise with over 400 species recorded.

What To Expect
Day 1: Nairobi - Meru National Park
Meru National Park
Our Driver-guide will pick you from the airport or hotel at 8:00 am drive north to Meru National Park. You will be in your own private safari vehicle. Stop briefly en-route at Equator to see it. Arrive at overnight camp in Meru National Park for lunch.
After some time at rest embark on your first Safari Game drive at 3:30 pm allowing you to see the wonderful creatures that populates the park.
Return to the camp by evening.

Day 2: Full day in Meru National Park
Meru National Park
Enjoy full day in Meru National park with morning [ 6:15 am to 9:00 am ] and afternoon [ 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm ] game drives. As your safari is private your game drive timings are flexible, useful if you are travelling with children, or are on a honeymoon. You may also choose to have a full day game drive [ one for the whole day] with a packed picnic lunch at no extra cost.
Return to the camp by evening.
