For Your Tour Convenience We offer pickup and drop-off at many locations. Please contact us to confirm if your location is eligible. If your preferred pickup spot isn’t listed, reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate. If arriving by Black Ball Ferry Line, Harbour Air, or Helijet. Your guide will meet you at that location holding a sign with your name. Our SUV accommodates up to six guests (tour comfortably one in the front frow, 2 or 3 in the middle seat and 2 smaller at backseat) and features comfortable seating, large viewing windows, and air-conditioning. (Guests must be able to enter and exit the vehicle independently.)

Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 Hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 Hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 Hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 Hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
