The tour itself is 8 hours, with up to 1 additional hour for pick-up and drop-off depending on your location. We offer pickups and drop-off services for BC Ferries (Swartz Bay), Victoria International Airport, Harbour Air, Helijet, Black Ball Ferry, and Clipper Ferry. If your pickup location isnât listed, please contact usâweâll do our best to accommodate pickups anywhere on the peninsula.

November 1 â November 30: Last booking at 1:30 PM. December 1 â January 6: Open 12 PM â 7 PM (Closed on Christmas Day).
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 Hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 Hours before the experienceâs start time.
If you cancel less than 24 Hours before the experienceâs start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 Hours before the experienceâs start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experienceâs local time.
