    Day 1: New Delhi - Agra, the distance is approximately 204 km and will take approximately 3 hours
  • Agra

    A driver will pick you up from the New Delhi Airport or other desired location in New Delhi and drive to Agra in an air-conditioned vehicle. On arrival in Agra meet your tour guide who will assist you through your check-in process at the hotel.

  • Taj Mahal

    Later proceed to visit the famous Taj Mahal built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj was built by Shah Jahan as a memorial for his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal, who died giving birth to their 14th child in 1631. The whole complex was not completed until 1653.

  • Agra Fort

    Afterwards, proceed to Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you will have the best view of the Taj Mahal from a little octagonal tower that lies across the Yamuna River

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Jaipur. On the way, visit Fatehpur Sikri - a UNESCO World Heritage site. Red sandstone buildings cluster at its center. Buland Darwaza gate is the entrance to Jama Masjid Mosque. Nearby is the marble Tomb of Salim Chishti.

    Later, proceed to visit the City Palace. The Palace houses museums with an array of textiles, costumes, weapons and paintings in a complex of courtyards, gardens and buildings right in the center of the Old City.   • Jal Mahal

    Next, visit Jal Mahal near the cenotaphs of the maharanis of Jaipur. Beautifully situated in the watery expanse of Man Sagar, this is a dreamlike palace. Its origins are uncertain but it was believed to have been extensively restored if not built by Jai Singh II in 1734.
