    In the evening, check in at the David Thompson Resort. Behind the resort lies Abraham Lake, a favorite among photographers and known as the famous "Bubble Lake." In the evening, experience a campfire at the resort and gaze at the dark night sky, with a chance to witness the Milky Way or shooting stars.

  • Columbia Icefield Skywalk

    Ice Explorer Ride (Optional, Extra Fee) – Board the massive Ice Explorer vehicle and journey onto the 300-meter-thick Athabasca Glacier. Walk on ancient ice, experience the freshness of glacial water, and take in the magnificent icefield views. Glacier Skywalk (Optional, Extra Fee) – Walk on a 918-foot-high glass observation platform extending over Sunwapta Valley. Take a leisurely stroll along the lakeshore or visit the Fairmont Château Lake Louise for an elegant afternoon tea experience, just like British aristocracy.

  • Moraine Lake

    Nestled in the Valley of the Ten Peaks, this lake is world-famous for its breathtaking sapphire-blue water. It is widely regarded as one of the most photogenic lakes in the world, even featured on the Canadian $20 bill (1969 & 1979 editions). The picturesque scenery has captivated countless visitors. Seasonal opening from early June to mid-October. If closed, we will visit Lake Minnewanka as a substitute.

  • The largest lake in Yoho National Park, known for its glacier-fed waters that shimmer in varying shades of emerald green.
