Round-Way Shuttle Service Our shuttle departs from Canmore and Banff. Summer(2025/6/1-2025/10/11): We will stop at Lake Louise for 1 hr 15mins& Moraine Lake for 1.5 hrs. Winter: We will stop at Lake Louise for 1 hr 15mins, Peyto Lake for 30 mins, Bow Lake for 10mins, Crowfoot Glacier for 10mins Canmore pickup at: 07:40 / 9:00 / 13:00or14:00 Banff pickup at: 08:00 / 9:30 / 13:20or14:20

  • This is a local bus tour, and you will join the tour with other travelers locally. If you would like a private tour, please contact us directly.

  • Due to the unpredictable road conditions and weather, the itinerary may be subject to adjustments. We will inform you of any changes to the itinerary the day before the tour.
  • Kindly let us know if you'll be bringing luggage, a wheelchair, stroller, or anything that may require extra storage space, as there may be an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 Hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 Hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 Hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 Hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
    • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
