5-Days Best Wildlife Safari: Amboseli & Tsavo West National Park Private Safari

Enjoy spectacular Amboseli National Park. Romantically situated in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli is famous for its tremendous variety of big game. Enjoy the sights and sounds of big game country on an afternoon game-drive and if we’re lucky we shall get a view of Mount Kilimanjaro often unclouded in the early morning sky.   Awaiting us at our next stop is a sheltered oasis Tsavo National Park, with special attractions including Mzima Springs & underwater hippo watching, Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary among others. Tsavo National Park is unique and its habitat include open plains alternating with Savannah bush and semi desert scrub, acacia woodlands; rocky ridges and outcrops and more extensive ranges and isolated hills; belts of riverine vegetation; palm thickets and mountain forest.  An Ideal Safari for families with children,  Honeymooners, Couples,  Singles and also seniors.

    Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
  • Amboseli National Park

    Drive across the Athi plains home of the proud Masai tribe, to Amboseli National Park arriving in time for lunch. An afternoon ‘Spice’ game drive is planned. In addition to elephant, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and the elusive leopard, nearly every vista within the park is framed by majestic Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance.

    • Day 2: Full day at Amboseli National Park
  • Amboseli National Park

    Exclusive Full day Game drive at Amboseli park: Elephant, Antelope, Zebra, Wildebeest, Buffalo and Giraffe. Full day game drive which will introduce you to the intense beauty and drama that fill each day here.

    • Day 3: Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park
  • Tsavo National Park West

    Today we enjoy a game drive to the secluded heart of big game country. In addition to elephant, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and lions, nearly every vista within the park is framed by majestic Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance. Breakfast at the lodge; optional visit to a Masai Village and depart for Tsavo West National Park. After check-in and lunch, an afternoon ‘Spice’ game drive in this vast Park is planned.

    • Day 4: Full day at Tsavo West National Park
  • Tsavo National Park West

    Two game drives are scheduled for this day. The extensive diverse habitats offer ideal area to search for pride of lions, buffaloes, cheetahs, giraffe, zebras, hippos and wildebeests. The Park is a vast expansion of African savanna with a more diverse array of habitats which include open plains, semi desert scrub, woodland, Chyulu Hills and rock outcrops. It’s famous for the Red Elephants, Oryx, and Gerenuk among other mammal’s species and bird life. Other notable features include Mzima Springs which are water source for Mombasa Town, Shetani Lava Flow and Ash cones, which is an example of recent volcanic eruption. Movie the Ghost and the Darkness was shot here.
