For Cruise port pickups meet and greet service is provided at the Cruise port pickup point with your name card . Then your private driver will take you to a Hotel/ accommodation in London or Heathrow Airport. We provide meet and greet service at Heathrow airport with your name card. There are no extra charges for flight delays. Your driver will monitor your flight.   • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
  • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Port/ Heathrow airport. Thereafter ÂŁ12.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.

Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 Hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 Hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 Hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 Hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
