We will pickup passengers from any address within London. Address within London vehicle tax area (E1, SW1,W1,SE1,WC1, WC2,EC1,EC2,EC3): £10.00 cash charge applies on the day.(One off) Picking up from areas such as E14, E15, E16,E18, E20, SE10,SE11, SE20 Etc. may required additional payment to cover millage. Heathrow Airport pickup charge is £10.00. (Driver will collect passengers from the arrival hall with their name card. Passenger to pay a cash to the driver on the day). No additional charges applies for pickups from Heathrow airport hotels.

Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 Hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 Hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 Hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 Hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
