What To Expect

    Day 1: Drive To Nayapul and trek to Tikedhunga, Walking duration: 4 to 5 hours :

  • Start from pokhara and observe the aerial view of the beautiful Himalayan ranges and landscapes. Upon arrival at pokhara, drive to nayapul, and the adventure begins. This is a short trek, warming up for the body we trek to tikedhunga. The trail is easy as we gradually walk uphill passing suspension bridge of modi khola and experiencing local village of birethani. Continuing the journey we trek to Hile and then reach Tikedhunga at an elevation of 1540m. Overnight at Tikedhunga.

    • Day 2: Tikedhunga to ghorepani (2860m/9380ft), Walking Time: 6 to 7 hours :
  • Ghorepani

    The trek begins breakfast and then we begin with steep stone stairway all the way to Ulleri. Walking through several village and farmlands,trek continues to beautiful Rhododendrons and Oak forests we reach ghorepani which is at an elevation of 2860m. Explore around Ghorepani in the evening. Overnight at Ghorepani.

    • Day 3: Hiking to Poonhill (3210m/10531ft), and trek to ghandruk(1940m/6360ft), Walking Time: 8-9 hours :

  • Hike to Poonhill to enjoy the mesmerizing views of Sunrise over the Himalayas and enjoy the panoramic views of mountains like Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, etc. Enjoying the beautiful moments in the Himalayas we get ready for the long hike as today is the longest hike which may last upto 8-9 hours depending upon the fitness .The trail then descends downhill through forests passing a stream leading to tadapani(2630m) and then to an ethnic village of Gurung, Ghandruk. Aah the beauty of Ghandruk is incomparable, the beautiful romance of mountains and young forest full of blossoming flowers. Here we can enjoy the awesome views of Annapurna III, Annapurna South, Dhaulagiri, Himchuli, etc. After you reach Ghandruk you will be exploring the local culture and tradition of local people. Overnight at Ghandruk.
