What To Expect

Day 1: Nairobi - Maasai Mara
• Maasai Mara National Reserve

  After breakfast in your hotel in Nairobi pick up by your professional guide and depart Nairobi region for Maasai mara with lunch en route. We drive through the dramatic Great Rift Valley with a brief stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint where you will have a chance to take photos with a great view to the valley proceed to the Maasai Mara National Reserve lunch at Narok town, This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest’s migration and is home of the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, and Rhino. On arrival proceed for an evening game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver/guide.

Day 2: Maasai Mara Full Day
• Maasai Mara National Reserve

  After breakfast you will depart with picnic lunch boxes for a full day game viewing in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. A Masai Mara safari is an unmissable highlight of any holiday in Kenya holiday. There are breathtaking panoramas in every direction, a vast range of wildlife including the Big Five and a rich cultural heritage to explore. Kenya’s Masai Mara is without doubt one of the greatest safari destinations in Africa. Between July and October things get busy in the Great Migration . Millions of zebra and wildebeest make the perilous crossing across the Masai Mara in search of new grazing territory. And in their wake comes a veritable horde of predators including lion and leopard.Our guide will make sure that you get the best photographic opportunities as well.

Day 3: Masai Mara - Nairobi

  After breakfast have an optional activity of a visit to the Maasai Village, then later depart the Masai Mara region for Nairobi with lunch en route. You will be arriving in the evening and be dropped off at your hotel in Nairobi

Day 4: Nairobi - Arusha
• Arusha Region

  You will be departing from Nairobi with a shuttle to Arusha. Arriving in Namanga Border for immigration procedures at the border and then proceed with your journey to Arusha and arrive in the afternoon. Check-in the hotel in Arusha hotel booked on bed and breakfast. Dinner on your own.

Day 5: Arusha- Lake Manyara
• Lake Manyara National Park

  After breakfast drive west on good tarmac road, across the gently rolling Maasai plains with scattered acacia trees, en route you pass many Maasai bomas and Maasai in their colorfully traditional dress walking on the roadside, riding bicycles, herding their cattle and driving overloaded donkeys carts. After two hours of drive you will arrive at Manyara gate, before proceed with a game drive, The first habitat will be the underground forest with water seeping from the rift valley escarpment. There is a great sightings of Hippos, Elephants, Buffaloes, Giraffes, Zebras, Blue monkeys, Baboons.

Day 6: Lake Manyara- Serengeti
• Serengeti National Park

  After breakfast, we will take picnic lunch with us and drive west across the gentle rolling Ngorongoro highlands en route you pass Zebra and wildebeest grazing with the Maasai cattle’s and young boys tending them, and Maasai villages[Bomas]. After proceeding to Serengeti and stop at the Nabi gate for lunch. In the afternoon we will be doing our game drive in the central Serengeti with a great sighting of Lions, Hippos, Giraffes, Leopards, Reedbucks, and Elephants.

Day 7: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

• An early morning game drive, it's always good to start game drive early in the morning, as many animals are active during this time. You will return to the camp for breakfast before heading out for another game drive in the park. Here in the Seronera region, you will often see wildebeests and zebras in close proximity of lions and other predators such as leopards and cheetahs. After a picnic lunch, you will continue your journey towards the Ngorongoro Crater. Once you have reached the crater rim you will enjoy fantastic views of this 600 m deep collapsed volcano.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater- Arusha
• Ngorongoro Crater

  After a very early breakfast descend down to the eighth wonder with possibly the largest permanent concentration of wildlife in Africa, with an estimated average of 30,000 large mammals. In addition, this is one of the best reserves in Africa to see Black Rhino. Other sightings include Lions, Hyenas, Jackals, Hippos, Buffaloes, Elephants, Zebras, Wildebeest. After lunch drives back to Arusha.
