Pickup details
- You will receive your pickup time the day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm. Each hotel has a different pickup time. Please check your email, including your SPAM folder.
- If we don't have pickup available at your accommodation, you will be assigned the meeting point closest to your hotel.
- Meeting points for travelers staying on Airbnb, hotels outside our pickup area, or any location we cannot reach:
- Meeting point in Cancun: outside the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel on Avenida Tulum
- Meeting point in Playa del Carmen: Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen
- Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, and Puerto Aventuras: There is no pickup at any hotel or Airbnb. The meeting point is at Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen.
- Pickup times are based on your location and tour availability.
- Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pickup location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned a meeting point at the One Cancun Centro.
- For the Playa del Carmen area, reservations are subject to availability.
- Depending on availability and the area of your hotel, the schedule may change.
- We do not offer pickup services from any Airbnb or private addresses.

Once inside the park, the activities take approximately 4 hours, which may vary depending on the weather and other factors. You should also consider the travel time to and from your hotel.
If you are bringing a baby between 1 and 3 years old, you must mention it in your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 Hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 Hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 Hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 Hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
