What To Expect
Day 1: Nairobi-Lake Nakuru National park
Lake Nakuru National Park
Your Lake Nakuru National Park adventure begins with an early 6:00 AM hotel pick-up in Nairobi, followed by a scenic 3-hour drive through the Great Rift Valley, with a stop at the Rift Valley Viewpoint for breathtaking photos. Upon arrival at 9:00 AM, embark on an exciting morning game drive, spotting diverse wildlife such as rhinos, lions, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, and antelopes, while enjoying spectacular views from Baboon Cliff and witnessing thousands of flamingos and other bird species along the lakeâs shores. By 12:30 PM, you will drive to the Lodge for check in and have Lunch. The afternoon continues with more game viewing and birdwatching, offering a chance to spot some of the 450+ bird species found in the park. After soaking in the beauty of Lake Nakuru, youâll drive back to the lodge for Dinner and Overnight.
