What To Expect

    Day 1: Nairobi to Mt Kenya
  • Mount Kenya National Park

    Pick up from Nairobi in the morning and drive to Mt Kenya. Arrive at the Mountain Lodge in time for lunch. Check in and Have lunch. Relax as you view the animals from the lounge. Later depart for a game drive in the park. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

    • Day 2: Mt Kenya to Samburu
  • Samburu National Reserve

    Depart Mt. Kenya after breakfast heading further north to the northern Frontier” Samburu National Reserve”. Check in at Heshima Camp and have lunch. After lunch proceed for afternoon game drive to sight resident wildlife species like the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx and the blue-necked Somali Ostrich that are rare elsewhere in the country. Dinner and overnight at the Heshima Camp

    • Day 3: Explore Samburu
  • Samburu National Reserve

    On this day we will have early morning and afternoon game drives in the park in search of the big five and the "Samburu Special fIve". A optional Samburu village visit can be organised at an extra cost. Meals and overnight stay at Heshima Camp.

    • Day 4: Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
  • Ol Pejeta Conservancy

    After breakfast drive to Ol Pejeta conservancy arriving at Sweetwaters Tented Camp in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive follows where you can see the reticulated Giraffe, Buffalo , Oryx, Elephant, and various species of plains game can be seen in this game sanctuary far from the crowds of better known game parks. .
