3 Days Amboseli National Park safari

Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya's most popular destinations. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Masai word meaning "salty dust", and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants at a close range. You will also have excellent views of hippos, buffaloes and marvelous Egyptian pelicans.

What To Expect

    Day 1: Pick up Nairobi / Transfer Amboseli National Park

  • You will be picked up in Nairobi from your hotel or the airport in the morning and drive to Amboseli National Park. This park is known for its beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro. You will arrive around lunchtime and check in at your Lodge. After lunch you will be taken on an afternoon game drive and then return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay.

    • Day 2: Full Day Amboseli National Park

  • You will rise early for a morning game drive around the park. After your drive you will return to the lodge for breakfast before heading out on an all day game drive to view the beautiful African landscape and wildlife. Amboseli is mainly savannah grassland, and as such you will have a good chance of seeing elephants, buffaloes, hippos, impala, lion, cheetah, hyena, giraffe and a variety of birdlife. Later you will be taken to an overlook where you will have a view of the entire park. Amboseli also has an excellent view of the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro. After your game drive you will be taken back to the Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
