Amboseli National Park is situated in Loitoktok District, Rift Valley Province of Kenya. Amboseli National Park ecosystem is mainly Savannah grassland spread across the Kenya -Tanzania border, an area of low scrubby vegetation and open grassy plains, all of which makes for easy game viewing. It is the best place in Africa to get close to free-ranging elephants among other wildlife species offering spectacular photographic experiences.

What To Expect

    Day 1: Nairobi- Amboseli National Park
  • Amboseli National Park

    Our Driver will pick you from your hotel in Nairobi in the morning and drive to Amboseli national park which is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. On arrival check-in at your lodge, lunch will be served at the lodge. In the afternoon proceed for a game drive until dusk. Dinner and overnight at the AA Lodge

  • Observation Hill

    This pyramid-shaped hill is one of the only places in the park where you can get out and walk. The summit provides an ideal lookout from which to orientate yourself to the plains, swamps and roads below. The views from here are also pretty special, whether south to Kilimanjaro or east across the swamps. Wildlife is generally a fair way off, but the views here put them in their context.

    A full-day safari in Amboseli National Park begins at dawn with a morning game drive under the golden light and clear views of Mount Kilimanjaro. You explore open plains and swamps in search of elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes, and diverse birdlife. Midday is spent relaxing at the lodge or a picnic site, followed by an afternoon game drive focusing on wildlife-rich wetlands where elephants gather. The experience ends with a scenic sundowner as the sky glows over the plains, before returning to the lodge for a restful evening.
