The Entrance Pass is the cheapest option for those wishing to visit the Arenal Observatory Lodge & Spa for the day. The Entrance Pass includes access to all of the installations at the lodge and its surrounding nature reserve. The pool and jacuzzi area is the only area whose use is prohibited for COVID-19 politics. By reserving this experience you can enjoy 11km (7 miles) of well-maintained hiking and mountain biking trails (no bikes for rent). The property has 870 acres (352 hectares) that cross the tropical jungle of the Arenal Volcano. Our trails have access to waterfalls and suspension bridges. At the halfway point you will be able to climb one of the tallest observation towers in Costa Rica with a spectacular view of the Arenal Volcano and the surrounding mountains. On our trails you can find lots of wildlife including monkeys, anteaters, coatis, frogs and more than 500 species of birds.
